If the same quilt wins at more than one fair the exhibitor must consider the agricultural society closest to his\/her home address as the one from which the quilt will be sent from.<\/li>\n<li>Judging will occur at local fairs and district levels. A provincial grand champion will be selected at the annual OAAS convention.<\/li>\n<li>The winners name and pattern is to be displayed at the fair on a sign provided by OAAS.<\/li>\n<li>Upon making an entry into the OAAS quilt competition the exhibitor agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the competition.<\/li>\n<li>The winning OAAS champion quilt will not be eligible to compete in any future district and or convention OAAS competitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hand Quilting (OAAS Sections 1 to 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All articles must be new and unused. Shawls, baby blankets and lap afghans are created by individuals and given to anyone who is facing a difficult time in their life such as grief, loneliness or health challenges.
