It’s the weekend after the Civic/Provincial holiday. The 165th Sutton Fair & Horse Show. Fair Dates: August 10th, 11th , 12th and 13th, 2023.
Dogs are not permitted on the grounds unless participating in the Agility Competitions or in the Children’s Pet Show on Friday afternoon. Dogs will be admitted a half hour before your event.
Ride-All-Day passes will be available for $45 only when purchased in advance at select local retail outlets. They are available from July 1st to August 9th ONLY at two locations:
- Sutton Home Hardware
- Keswick Home Hardware

Buy a 1 Day Unlimited Ride All Day Bracelet to be used at the Sutton Fair on any one day. Make your purchase online, before August 9th, 2023, via the secure Midway e-store and save. $45 per bracelet.
The Ride All Day Bracelets are only available before the midway opens, these are not sold on the grounds during the Fair.
(During the fair, the regular price coupons are 1 for $1.75, 18 coupons for $30.00 and 40 coupons for $50.00. All rides take 2 or 3 coupons.)
The Ride All Day Bracelets must be purchased before close of business on Wednesday August 3rd, 2022.
The Sutton Fair opens the gates at noon on Thursday and 10:00 AM on Friday and 9:00 AM Saturday to Sunday, and admits no one past 10:00 PM. The exhibit buildings are open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Most of the evening events are finished by 11:00PM. The entire Fair closes at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Admission for adults is $15. Children 6-12 and seniors are $8. $40 for family with 2 adults and 3 children.
There are many contests and competitions at the fair. Please contact the fair office to obtain a prize book or visit this website to locate the categories which interest you. Fill out the entry form and submit it by the deadline. Don’t forget to read the Rules and Regulations. All our entry forms are located on the Entry Forms, Rules and Prizebook page.
